Before you write
- Waiting for a code that never arrived? Some websites block temporary addresses, and a few send slowly. Keep the page open for a couple of minutes, then try the site again with a fresh address. Our guide on why sites block disposable email explains what is going on.
- Lost a message? Free inboxes are deleted automatically ten minutes after the last message arrives, and we keep no copies, so we cannot recover them.
- Premium billing or sign-in? Include the email address you used at checkout. You can also manage or cancel your subscription yourself from the Premium dashboard.
- Reporting abuse? Tell us the EmailVanish address involved, roughly when it happened and what occurred. We take reports of fraud, harassment and other misuse seriously; see our acceptable use policy.
Please give us an address where you can receive our reply. An EmailVanish address will have expired long before we answer.
